Email routing is configured on each alerting condition or SPC control. It does not require a separate integration connection.
Add email recipients to a rule
- Go to Configure → Rules and edit the rule.
- Add or edit an alerting condition.
- Add Email under notification channels.
- Select at least one Chipper account user.
- Save the rule.
Only the users selected on that condition receive its email notifications. The alert remains visible in Chipper even when email is not selected.
For SPC, open the control, edit its alerting configuration, enable email, and choose the recipients.
